Condições de Pagamento — Payment Conditions

A reserva de uma data implica o pagamento de 50% do valor acordado. O restante montante deverá ser liquidado até 4 dias antes do evento. O valor é facturado e tem o acréscimo do IVA em vigor. O pagamento pode ser feito em dinheiro e/ou transferência bancária. No caso de transferência bancária, é necessário o envio do comprovativo de pagamento.

To guarantee availability it is mandatory the payment of 50% of the agreed amount. The remaining amount must be paid up to 4 days before the event. The amount is invoiced with VAT included. Payment can be made in cash and/or bank transfer. In this case, proof of payment is required.

Política de Cancelamento — Cancellation Policy

Em caso de cancelamento, o primeiro pagamento referente à reserva não é reembolsável. Esse valor ficará em crédito e poderá ser usado numa nova reserva em função da disponibilidade de agenda do espaço.

In case of cancellation, the first payment is not refundable. This amount can be credit to be used in a new reservation according to our schedule availability.

Condições Catering/Bar — Catering/Bar Conditions

Informar o número final de participantes até 5 dias da data do evento. Caso o número final de pessoas seja inferior ao facturado será emitida uma nota de crédito correspondente (excepto serviço de catering). Se o número final de pessoas for superior ao facturado será emitida uma factura correspondente à diferença. A confirmação da ementa deverá ser feita até 7 dias antes da data do evento.

It is mandatory to inform the final number of participants within 5 days of the event date. If the final number of people is less than the invoice, a corresponding credit note will be issued (except catering service). If the final number of people exceeds the invoice, an invoice corresponding to the difference will be issued. Confirmation of the menu must be made up to 7 days before the date of the event.
